Triumph Stag 1976 - Having owned this Stag for the last nine years the vendor assures us that mechanically it is fully sorted with no problems. He has always serviced it himself, the last job was to change the water pump and bearing, not because it was gone but more preventive maintance as this car still has its original Triumph V8 engine and a poor water pump is one of the things that can lead to problems with cooling. Prior to his ownership in 1991, 22000 miles ago, the engine was infact fully rebuilt by the local Triumph specialist with the invoice to prove. Interior is original and in good condition and there is a new soft top just been fitted along with new tyres all round. The body work is good with just a couple of areas that could be improved. The vendor states all the mechanics are good and the car drives very well with the manual gearbox and overdrive functioning as they should and with the car comes various old bills and MOT's. A nice "drivers" car offered at a sensible price that you can jump in and use as is or improve as you go. Rare with the Triumph engine.
