Fiat 500L 1970 "Fully Restored" - The first of our beautiful Fiat 500s being offered is this 1970 500L that has been fully restored. Now fully UK registered and MOTd until December this year. The body prior to the restoration, was rust and dent free, needing little more than some remedial paintwork so is now virtually perfect with all the chrome fittings being in good order. Interior is much the same with no damage to the seat covers or dash. Being the up-market "L" model the correct fluted door cards (with storage boxes) and carpets are in place and again are in very good condition. All the electrics work correctly. The engine was removed and fully overhauled last year and has just had its "first" service since the overhaul so obviously runs very well. The gearbox is smooth but being the original 500 box has no synchromesh so no rushed gear changes here! The suspension was rebuilt including the all-important king-pins, brakes re-newd and new tyres fitted all round. The vendor rightfully describes all areas of the car as very good and we are sure you will agree what a bonny little Fiat 500 it is.
