Morris Minor "Split Screen" Rolling Restoration Project 1953 - This suprisingly original "Split Screen Moggy" is an ideal candidate for restoration, given that it starts and moves under its own steam. So mechanically you are half way there. Body wise it has never been got at so no nasty bodge jobs to get round first. The current number plate has been removed and it now has a non-transferable age related plate with the new V5. While doing this process and prior to being told that being a pre 1960 car it does not require an MOT to transfer the plate, the vendor had carried out the structural welding underneath that the car required for an MOT. So no not a weekends work but well worth the effort to restore, or if not just tidy up and use as is.
