Austin Mini Moke 25 Very low miles. 1990 The second of our Mokes was purchased new in Portugal in RHD format by its first owner prior to being imported into the UK in 1990 when he returned home. Now still with only 20K on the clock and only available due to the passing of its owner so it now has one previous keeper recorded on V5. This car has not been restored it is however in very good original condition and has the upmarket trim associated with the limited 25 Moke that was produced to celebrate 25 years of production with only 250 built in total. Coming with its original service book owners books and workshop manual this little car really is a bit of Mini history. Condition of the body is very good on top and underneath and being of the later design has the heavy duty nudge bars front and back even the original mud flaps are in place. There is a hood frame on the car but no hood itself these are available through the Moke owners club if required. Inside not much changed over there 25 year production this one though does have the more upmarket seat trim of the 25 model along with red seat belts on all four seats and rubber mats on the sides for standing on when climbing in again all original in excellent order. With basic Mini underpinnings there really is not much to go wrong on these cars the 998cc engine and four speed gearbox are happy to pull 4 adults along while its light weight wide track and low ride height give an entertaining ride through the twisty bits. Yes these cars today are an excellent investment and although we have two here today we are not likely to see another this year as they so rarely come to the market they love to be driven and it would be a shame if it was locked away from the public in a private collection not to be used. Note: The vendor has been in contact with the Moke owners club who have confirmed the car is an original right hand drive Moke 25.
