Secma (QPod) Fun Tech 50cc 3 wheeler. 2002 Conceived as an alternative to getting wet on a Moped and also being safer the Secma Fun Tech 3 wheeler was built. Powered by a 50cc Two Stroke engine this strange 3 wheeler allowed 16 year olds upwards to drive with just the basic CBT under their belt. Later in life a certain Noel Edmunds got involved and they were rebranded QPods some with much larger engines but unfortunately (some would say) like all these innovations the public was not ready for it and mix that in with high costs sales never really got going and production stopped.
Now a rare site indeed this particular 2002 example has spent most of its life sitting about unused and today is still in good condition and very original. Rare to find it comes with the full wet weather roof and doors a very expensive option to buy when new and now almost unobtainable.
Mechanically it runs and drives and with very little recommissioning could be back on the road easily we are told. Something to use or just put in your collection with your C5? Lets face it its rarer than a Ferrari!!
