A Vietnam made US army manual watch. During the Vietnam war South Vietnam assembled US army watches under contract to the US using American made internals and VN made cases. After the war the US ended the deal with Vietnam but they continued to manufacture the watches using cheaper inferior locally made internals, this being one of those.
