This miniature Replica Ford GT40, 1968 winning car, built by Frenchman Francis Mortarini, founder of Automobiles S.C.A.F., in 1968. With its original JLO single-cylinder three-horsepower engine, a removable roof, and a single center-mounted seat. In need of restoration. Ford-sanctioned the Mini GT 40. In 1968, Mortarinis racers would participate in the 24 Minutes du Mans, the endurance race for children held on a miniature circuit preceding the main event in 1968. Images to follow.
