A Day out to the Seaside - Partner: Southend-on-sea City Council Artist: Sally Chinea - Sally's design is based on her memories of days out to Southend-on-Sea with her gran, mum and sister. Special times and days on the beach, building sandcastles and collecting shells. An ice cream? A doughnut? A stick of rock is a must. There is so little time and so much more to see, a promise we'll be back, is met with such glee.
