1914 Suffolk Police Programme At Portman Road Ipswich: 34 page excellent condition programme dated 29 7 1914 only one day after World War One had started. This was a major athletics event with the king as patron and the Cobbald family officiating. It is believed the British Army trained on this ground during the war and as a result was not used again until 1920 due to damage. Middle page loose due to rusty staples.
