This beautifully presented wicker gift basket finished with a bow was kindly donated by Thursday Cottage of Tiptree. It contains 6 of their delicious preserves - bramble jelly, stem ginger with grapefruit marmalade, strawberry jam, blood orange marmalade, lemon curd, and blackberry and apple jam. It also contains ' hot preservaments' hot apple and sage jelly, very hot mango chutney and hot pepper jelly - all three contain scotch bonnet chillies - made by Thursday Cottage's sister company Jules and Sharpie.
