Inside page left for autographs is signed by the West Ham squad plus Tina Moore Ron Greenwood and Bill Jenkins. All 11 players that won the cup have signed including Byrne and Moore plus Sealey Kirkup and Scott. Stunning excellent condition menu from the night of the final at the Hilton.
