One side has the words Coca Cola Football League Play Off Winners 30 05 05 and the reverse has similar wording with season 2004 - 2005. Both sides have Coca Cola logo as does inside of box. Awarded to West Ham club secretary Peter Barnes. A COA from the family is available upon request. West Ham defeated Preston at the Millennium Stadium.
