John McDowell England Under 23 Football Cap + Memorabilia: Blue tasseled cap with 3 Lions embroidered to front with the word Scotland underneath. 1972 -73 to peak. Awarded to West Ham player McDowell for playing for England v Scotland at Kilmarnock on 13 2 1973. C/W programme, 2 unused tickets, itinerary and letter to John from the FA informing him he has been selected in the 14 man squad and to report to Alf Ramsey.
