West Ham 1976 ECWC Final Runners Up Medal: Awarded to John McDowell for playing in the European Cup Winners Cup final v Anderlecht in Brussels. One side has the cup to centre with UEFA underneath. The reverse states Coupe Des Vainqueurs De Coupe Europeenne 1976. C/W original box.
