West Brom 1968 FA Cup Final Winners Medal: 9ct gold medal awarded to John Kaye for defeating Everton in the FA Cup final. The medal in not inscribed with his name as this is how they are presented. The edge reads season 1967-68. Hallmarked and in original makers box. John was the first player ever to be substituted in an FA Cup final after getting injured.
