1975 West Ham Anglo Italian Cup Winners Cup Final Football Medal: Silver 925 boxed runners up medal for the two legged final. Match was winners of the FA Cup v winners of Coppa Italia Fiorentina and not to be confused with the Anglo Italian Cup. Football action scene to one side and below Italian flag to reverse are the words Italy- England Cup Winners Cup 1975. Awarded to Alan Taylor who has provided a COA.
