LOT OF THE DAY Arsenal Football Press Photo Collection: 14 folders each containing nearly 100 photos often in date order and often described in the index. The first folder which is pre war to 1946 has many copies along with original press photos. We spotted around 50 photos regarding the 1950 FA Cup semi final and final of which many had press stamps. After that we estimate that around two thirds are original often with press stamps but please spend a few hours to form your own opinion. An incredible collection which is a must view not only to witness it, but to get an exact idea of what percentage are actual press photos as apposed to copies. There are many signed as vendor arranged dinners and personally knew a lot of players. (est 1200)
