Awarded to Henry W Holmes A.B Rigger H.M.Y Victoria & Albert in a velvet lined case the medal also accompanied with another smaller Royal Navy medal Temperance medal instituted on board HMS Reindeer. (2) : awarded whilst serving on Queen Victorias The Royal Yacht between 1855- 1899.
